Join us for the final convening of our 3-part series to present a “Back to California” model to improve residency recruitment and retention.
The event series supports CMC’s GME Pathways Back to California initiative to pave a path for diverse Californians who attend medical school out of state to return to pursue primary care residencies in underserved communities in the state.
Experts and participants will discuss potential policy and practice implementation of the model for California, with implications for both regional and statewide action.
